Juaristi's collaboration with Airbus dates back to 1995: in 2021, the European aircraft manufacturer entrusted the Spanish builder with equipping its Saint-Éloi plant in Toulouse with two palletised TX3S boring-milling centres, in a "box-in-box" configuration with the spindle head guided at the centre of the column. On the TS1 boring-milling centre, the spindle turns at 12,000 rpm, while the TS5 model reaches 10,000 rpm for a total power of 15 kW, with a 24-position automatic tool changer and Fanuc 31iB control. On the TH range (including the TH3-MT model), the symmetrical design with a column-centred head offers remarkable precision performance, with rapid feeds up to 40 m/min and 3 m/s² acceleration. The special ACD8 head, a universal model enabling 5-axis machining, reaches rotation speeds of up to 8,000 rpm with a spindle power of 60 kW and 1,600 Nm of torque, designed for combined turning and milling operations. On the fixed-column, moving-table boring machines of the MD series, an ISO 50 taper spindle, 110 to 130 mm in diameter, combined with an orthogonal automatic head adjustable in 2.5° steps on two axes, delivers up to 30 kW of power for multi-face machining of heavy parts.
